  • What got you into the automotive industry?

I grew up as a teenager absolutely loving cars. I was always drawn to how they worked and how they were built. That passion naturally turned into hands-on experience, working on and repairing cars from a young age. Over time, what started as a hobby became a career path, and that’s what ultimately led me into the automotive industry.

  • When did you decide to join this shop?

I joined this shop three years ago after leaving the dealership, and also because I had already spent the previous ten years working closely with the owner, Arsen.

  • What motivated you to become an leader?

My motivation to become a leader comes from a combination of my passion for automobiles and my love for working with people. I enjoy connecting with customers, learning alongside my coworkers, and using my skills to help those in my community. Becoming a leader allows me to guide others, share knowledge, and make a positive impact both in the shop and beyond.

  • What’s something customers would be surprised to learn about your journey?

Something customers might be surprised to learn about my journey is that I never originally intended to go into the automotive industry. What started as a passion and hands-on experience with cars as a hobby eventually grew into a career I love.
