I’ve been taking my car to the dealer for years which has led to tons of miscommunication, overpaying for service, and constantly being upsold. I decided to look for a mom and pop that care about their reputation and would be transparent with what the car really needs while offering competitive pricing on parts and labor. AK Auto serviced the car promptly and showed/explained the process. I came through the door for the first time but they took care of me like a regular.
