First and foremost I wanted to thank the team at AK Auto Repair for a spectacular job fixing my water pump. The owner Arsen, was amazing with customer service. He also gave me great location recommendations before my upcoming trip to Europe. Point blank he treated me like a normal person so take notes everyone. Cristian and Janet had my car up and running in no time. They gave me real life updates and recommendations l needed for my car. The crew is second to none and it felt great seeing them passionate, knowledgeable, and professional.

After 43 years of loyalty to Powell Garage I was certainly disappointed to have them close up business. I went on a search process to determine where I was going to have our cars serviced and AK was recommended by a friend. When I first met Jee I just knew a new relationship was going to work. He was/is very knowledgeable and explained in detail what they will do during service. Being retired I needed to have trust for auto care to keep us trouble free and safe. One of the things I looked at when I visited other shops was how disorganized their work areas looked. I was very impressed with AK so it gave me assurance for my vehicle as they were so organized. After I had my first service Jee took quality time to explain all they reviewed and showed pictures of items that needed to be monitored. He did not try to "sell" me on any parts I didn't require now, which solidified my trust in our future together. It's great to feel secure with a new "home" for auto service and repair. Thank you!

I’ve been taking my car to the dealer for years which has led to tons of miscommunication, overpaying for service, and constantly being upsold. I decided to look for a mom and pop that care about their reputation and would be transparent with what the car really needs while offering competitive pricing on parts and labor. AK Auto serviced the car promptly and showed/explained the process. I came through the door for the first time but they took care of me like a regular. I drove from out of town to work with them and it’s definitely my new auto shop. Thanks Arsen and team!

I had an extremely good experience bringing in my ford fusion. I had no clue what was wrong with my vehicle and the owner was extremely helpful, gave me genuine advice and managed to help me plus it was an extremely reasonable price he definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

Was passing though from Montana and my check engine light came on and they squared it all away for me!
